Requirements for Building Operations Director:
- High school diploma
- Experience as Building Operations, Maintenance or Environmental Services Manager
Job Duties for Building Operations Director:
- Supervise and oversee all Building Operations staff and projects
- Minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility & all laundry material
- Respond to building's/resident's maintenance and/or environmental service needs
- Responsible for the hiring & training of all new staff into Maintenance or Housekeeping/Laundry Departments
