Building Services Assistant Dispatcher Essential Functions: 

• Work with Harrisburg Operations team to schedule technicians for all service-related work which includes emergency service, maintenance contracts and service small jobs.
• Ensure technicians have all required information (including contacts, site logistics access, scope of work, etc.) to perform service calls
• Work with Operationsand Building Service Business Manager to ensure the timely completion and closure of all service work orders for timely billing of work.
• Provide exemplary customer service through professional communication to customers and fellow employees in the office and field.
• Maintain full working understanding of service software, including scheduling and reports.
• Coordinate with various team members including Operations, Sales and Accounting personnel to ensure completeness of information on all work orders being completed.
• Communicate the following with Dispatcher and/or Service Manager:  Work progress, Customer concerns, complaints & issues, Field personnel relations, concerns, etc., Department workload and resource allocation, Unbillable work, Any matter affecting service operations.
• Develop knowledge of technical skills required for each job and know the skill level of each technician for scheduling of work. 
• Maintain schedule for the on-call technicians.
• Coordinate with all Building Services personnel (sales, project, operations, ATC, etc) in a manner which promotes mutual cooperation and aids the company in all areas.
• Provide administrative assistance on a variety of items such as:  Coordinating events/trainings/meetings (start to finish), coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, prepping offices for new hires, assisting marketing with efforts for Building Services, preparing reports/spreadsheets, maintaining contact lists and memberships.
• Other duties as assigned.

Building Services Assistant DispatcherEducation, experience, technical skills & attributes required:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a corporate office setting performing administrative duties.
• Must have High School diploma.  Associates degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of business and general company procedures.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong aptitude for quality and efficiency.
• Must be energetic, a self-starter, & have a high sense of urgency. Proven ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks

Position is full-time Monday – Friday and is not a remote work position.
