Qualifications and responsibilities for this Building Structural Engineer - Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required, SE license or intention to obtain it is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency in structural steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry design.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with RAM, RISA, and Revit software.
• Familiarity with IBC, ASCE, ACI, and AISC building codes.
• Managing client relationships and leading building renovation, expansion, and new construction projects.

Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
