Buildon Technologies: VEO Design Studio Customer Data Specialist - Wisenbaker Builder Services

Job Purpose

Acts as the internal executor of customer data and a pivotal contact for builder accounts. These responsibilities include but aren’t limited too: following builder instructions, meeting deadlines, sending requests to other Execution teams, and uploading data into VEO Design Studio.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages customers' catalogs, including product descriptions, model numbers, consumer pricing and product updates.
• Works with other Execution teams and team members to meet deadlines.
• Maintains communication and customer relationship for assigned accounts.
• Comfortable and skilled at communicating in meetings to guide customers through the data collection process.
• Performs ongoing QA and works with the Quality Assurance team to ensure accuracy of catalog items.
• Collects images and works with content administration team to support product catalog making sure it meets customer expectations.
• Flexible in learning and operation often-changing internal programs, and other technology to process and understand customer data.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Applications with a heavy focus on data administration and Microsoft Excel.
• 2+ Years Data Administration experience, preferred.
• Enjoys large amounts of detailed, computer-based work.
• 1-2 years Customer Service experience required

o Knowledge of the residential homebuilding industry is a plus, but not required.

• Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline.
• Must work efficiently and effectively in both independently and as a team.
• Education- High School Diploma or equivalent required
