Digital Virtual Relationship Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Digital Virtual Relationship Manager (Digital VRM) in the Virtual Channel is focused on outreach to customers who have engaged with Citizens through our digital platforms. The Digital VRM will focus on understanding the customers' needs and building primacy while transitioning them to their perspective channels for further deepening and growth. In developing tailored solutions, the DVRM will use many resources and a comprehensive set of products. A successful Digital VRM will have comfort in using technology and tools in managing their customers and working with their key business partners. These individuals will be self-motivated, have a good understanding of business banking solutions such as credit, deposit, cash management and other services. It is critical that the DVRM has developed the skills to independently assess and determine product solutions to help customers. The DVRM will be agile, able to adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
The Digital VRM will be responsible for all digital leads and will focus on the small business customers' immediate needs. The Digital VRM will work to pass off complex and long-term needs to the appropriate (VCRM, RM1, RM2) depending on the revenue size. DVRM will be goaled on, and expected to generate, new loan, deposit, cash management and other product solutions appropriate for the customer base. Meeting sales targets will require strong business acumen – particularly related to credit and cash flows.
The Digital VRM will operate in an exciting sales culture with proven routines to help understand and meet customer needs. The DVRM will communicate with customers primarily virtually via telephone, Microsoft Teams and email.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
+ Uncovers customer needs and makes recommendations for financial solutions leveraging training resources, enterprise tools, business acumen, and critical thinking.
+ Deepens relationships with clients, helping them with short-term financial goals.
+ Forms meaningful partnerships across the bank (wealth, mortgage, retail, treasury, etc.) to help meet the personal and financial needs of customers.
+ Provides top-tier customer service.
+ Maintains an awareness of strengths/weaknesses, product offerings and pricing information of competitors; develops revenue enhancing activities.
+ Actively engages in the end-to-end sales process including pre-call planning, discovery call, sales pitches, and salesforce.
