Key Responsibilities

As our Bus Dispatcher, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth transportation services by:

• Scheduling and Dispatching: Assign drivers to specific routes and locations to optimize efficiency.
• Communication: Answer phone calls promptly and address inquiries or concerns from drivers and customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with drivers, supervisors, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and timely operations.

Qualifications
