Must be at least 23 years of age.

Possess a high school diploma.

Hold a valid Texas Class B, Class A with passenger endorsement, or CDL Driver’s License with passenger certification.

Maintain an acceptable driving record.

Willingness to assist with Food Bank duties or other tasks as needed.

Basic knowledge of first aid practices, procedures, and techniques.

Familiarity with safe driving practices.

Ability to read and write effectively to complete required duties.

Capability to understand and independently carry out both oral and written instructions.

Competency in establishing and maintaining proper conduct among students on BGCSA vehicles.

Skilled in driving a school bus safely and efficiently.

Demonstrated good judgment and extreme caution while driving.

Ability to maintain valid certification as a bus driver per state regulations.

Physically capable of meeting the requirements needed to perform the duties safely and effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and youth.
