Job Description:
This is an Analyst role focused on S/4 SD /CS. The role will be in the implementation of these areas in on-going solutions and migration to S/4 SD/CS. The successful candidate will perform work that is highly complex, varied in nature, and span multiple functional areas. This individual will seek to ensure the optimum utilization of existing system platforms and their integration while considering deployment of new technologies in response to business requirements. As a Analyst this role will be responsible for performing configuration, preparing functional designs, testing and managing the work of managed services providers. Design functional solutions to solve business problems Ensure agreement on design with process owners Support and implement S/4 SD /CS. Perform fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units and SAP team members Participate in solution build and test activities on SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrade projects Review current standards and revise to ensure best practices Serve as the conduit between product team, business, and engineering Ensure adherence to implement coding standards, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency, maintainability, and scalability. Qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4 SD /CS Implementation A minimum of 8+ years SAP consulting experience in SAP SD/CS 3 + years of hands-on experience implementing S/4HANA projects SAP SD/CS Configuration: Configuration for SAP SD modules and CS/SM , including equipment, Install Base, and Asset experience. Order to Cash (OTC): Expertise in Order to Cash processes within SAP, including sales order processing, delivery, and billing. SAP Service Management (SM): Experience with SAP Service Management functionalities, including Service Contracts, Warranties, Notifications, Repair Orders, and Service Orders. SAP User Exits: Experience with SAP SD user exits for enhancing standard functionalities and writing functional/technical specifications for custom programs and interfaces. SAP Intercompany Postings: Knowledge of intercompany postings and processes within SAP, including handling pro forma invoices. EDI/IDOC: Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Intermediate Document (IDOC) for data exchange between SAP and external systems. SAP S/4 HANA: Experience with SAP's latest ERP suite, S/4 HANA, including migration, implementation, and optimization. Global ERP Implementation: Experience in implementing SAP solutions across global organizations, understanding multi-country requirements and localizations. Integration: Proficiency in integrating SAP with third-party systems and interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow and communication. Functional Documentation: Ability to write comprehensive functional specifications and other relevant documentation for SAP projects and enhancements. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and document requirements. Cross-Module Functionality: Understanding of cross-module functionalities and processes within SAP, including integration with other SAP modules like Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), etc. TRAVEL REQUIRED: US based with ability to travel throughout the US.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is Hourly $80.00hr - $83.00hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
