 Role Overview

 We are in search of an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of small to mid-sized business operations. The position is crucial to supporting our team and ensuring efficient operations of our office and remote employees.  As a business administrator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our company stakeholders with critical financial management, tracking, and quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have an excellent attitude, organizational skills, and effective communication. You will work closely with employees and our management to provide essential administration of key business functions.

  • Coordination on customer site compliance for access

  • Maintain employee records
• Business support
  • Purchase orders, invoicing & accounts receivable
  • Coordination with external bookkeeper
  • Company event planning
  • Internal company initiative support
  • Project setup in project management software

  • Vendor support and coordination

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in office management/administration.

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Teams
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

 Salary

 Job Type: 20-30 hours per week, flexible work schedule

• Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour DOQ.

 Location

 Vadnais Heights, MN, with remote work options available.
