Job Description: Business Advisor

The South LA Women’s Business Center (WBC) seeks a dedicated Business Advisor to support women entrepreneurs. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Director of the Women’s Business Center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one business consulting and coaching.
• Develop and deliver workshops on business planning, marketing, and finance.
• Assist clients in accessing funding and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business consulting or entrepreneurship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of small business resources and funding options.
