Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Business analysis of user requirements, work flows, creating use cases, policies and procedures.
- Define, develop, implement, and maintain project or departmental (LOB) processes, standards, or guidelines research, recommend, and implement new production tools or technologies for project-level or departmental (LOBs)use.
- Establish and maintain relationships across teams to establish and/or improve quality process relationships with business partners (LOBs).
- Communicate complex information to different user groups.
- Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material and organize material according to standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- In addition, as Business Analyst, he/she must organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- The role expectation is also to maintain records and files of work and revisions. Also, edit, standardize, and make changes to material prepared by other SMEs.
