Business Analysis and Integration Analyst - XPO NAT Solutions LLC

As the Business Analysis and Integration Analyst at RXO, you will partner with project owners to develop and design successful benchmarks and tracking of business growth. By having an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle, you will analyze data trends and patterns to extract meaningful insights relevant to business goals and make recommendations for process improvement.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Develop business cases, budgets, forecasts, and benefits analysis to support project and operational decision-making
• Gather information through research and analysis to build spreadsheets, tables, charts, graphs, and reports to summarize information
• Build partnerships with program managers, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure dashboards align with business objectives
• Analyzes the critical information and requirements and makes recommendations for process improvement, ensuring the solutions developed meet business needs and align with strategies
• Documents and communicates the results of any analysis conducted
• Updates, reports, and communicates project progress on a regular and timely basis to appropriate stakeholders
• Performs user acceptance testing when solutions are being implemented
• Monitors deliverables and ensures timely completion of assigned responsibilities in projects
• Translate raw data that is accurate and reliable to create compelling visualizations that effectively communicate key insights
• Create engaging presentations that convey the relevance of data to support decision-making at the leadership level and with other key stakeholders

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, computer science or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 year of experience in Business / Systems Analysis and proven experience eliciting requirements and testing
• 1 year of experience with PowerBI, SQL Server databases and Azure Data Factory, Power Query, and Tableau analyzing and aggregating data to draw business-relevant conclusions

It’d be great if you also have:

• 1 year of experience with logistics and warehouse management systems
• Proficient in MS Office products including MS Excel
• Ability to analyze and aggregate data to draw business-relevant conclusions through PowerBI, SQL Server databases and Azure Data Factory, Power Query, and Tableau
• Ability to travel 5% of the time to
