CTG is seeking to fill an Business Analyst ADM opening in Secaucus, New Jersey.

We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst with a strong focus on Employee Health and Safety (EHS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis and management, particularly using tools like Griffin and Visier. The role requires proficiency in SQL and AWS, along with a passion for improving workplace safety through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze employee health and safety data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Griffin and Visier to provide insights into EHS metrics.
- Data Management:
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into AWS databases.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group is required.
