Looking for Business Analyst to join our GEN AI project team. The Business Analyst will be a key player in the agile development process, with a strong focus on understanding sprint cycles and crafting well-defined user stories. This role requires a professional who is adept at working cross-functionally with design teams, architecture teams, and front-end developers to drive consensus and facilitate proactive problem-solving.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and refine user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Understand and actively participate in sprint cycles, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Product Manager, and Scrum Master to ensure a cohesive approach to project delivery.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage requirements and track progress.
- Engage in proactive problem-solving to address challenges and remove impediments to team progress.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project objectives.
- Drive consensus among diverse groups and maintain a collaborative team environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes through feedback and agile best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in business analysis within an agile framework, preferably in AI or technology-related projects.
- Excellent skills in writing user stories and understanding the nuances of sprint cycles.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, architecture, and development teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
