Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4 years business analysis experience in a structured software development environment
• Minimum experience of 4 years experience in development projects
• Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
• Minimum of 2 years Agile experience updating Story Maps, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and project documentation
• Minimum of 2 years facilitating sprint planning meetings, backlog grooming, and requirements peer review sessions
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast paced, matrixed work environment
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
Roles & Responsibilities
Goodyear is seeking an Agile Business Analyst to join our project team in building and implementing enterprise grade web solution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product owners, stakeholders and scrum teams to understand and translate our customer's business and technical requirements. The Agile Business Analyst will act as the subject matter expert assisting the scrum teams in modernizing an enterprise application.
Responsibilities/Duties:
• Lead requirement discussions to document, analyze and translate functional and non-functional business requirements into project specifications, business process diagrams and workflows.
• Assist Product Owner with Backlog grooming, User Story development and prioritization
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings and other agile activities
• Analyze existing business process to identify gaps and areas of improvement.
• Create or update project deliverables, artifacts and technical specifications in accordance with client requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to project schedules.
• Create UAT test cases and coordinate UAT activities
