About the Job
L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Business Analyst. This individual will:
- Be responsible for facilitating requirements sessions, documenting all as is and to be requirements, assisting with creation of test cases and plans.
- Gather and analyze requirements, create diagrams, create user stories, create test cases.
- A Bachelor's degree. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Business Analyst (CBAP) certification or equivalent Business Analyst credential/education.
- 7 years of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication.
- 7 years of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications.
- 7 years of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers.
- 7 years of experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment.
- 1 year of experience working on projects for the public sector/government.
- 3 years of experience with Grants Gateway or SFS Grants Module.
