About the Job
- Facilitate the Volumetric Close Process: Coordinate and manage the volume close process, including setting up regional reviews and conducting pre-close activities.
- Support Volume Validation: Monitor site-level compliance and engage with sites to ensure accuracy and completeness of volume data.
- Conduct Volume Reviews: Collaborate with sites to validate data accuracy, analyze trends, and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage Volumetric Reporting: Oversee daily volumetric flash reporting accuracy and prepare relevant volume trend narratives for executive reviews.
- Create Ad Hoc Reports: Develop reports providing insights on programs and trends for stakeholders across various functions.
- Support Data Governance: Act as a master data steward, identifying and escalating data issues, and ensuring consistency in volume definitions across sites.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance data integrity, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
What Experience and Education You Need
- Bachelor's Degree: In Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1-year related experience or equivalent.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and preferred familiarity with business intelligence tools like Oracle, AWS, or Redshift.
- Programming Skills: Experience with Python, SQL, R, SAS, or other programming languages.

Physical Requirements
- Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions

- Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
- May require travel by automobile and airplane up for business
- May require a visit facility operation in temperatures at or below freezing
- May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds
- Requires the use of various electronic tools
- Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: must partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes
- Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management
