Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and business acumen to understand and translate business needs into actionable requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, streamline processes, and develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success
Key responsibilities:

- Understanding complex initiatives, writing complex SQL queries from scratch, debugging existing queries, creating and updating ETL processes,
- Building dashboards from scratch, and grooming existing dashboards to ensure they provide meaningful insights.
- The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Strong in SQL
- Analytic Skills for complex projects
- Ability to identify areas of improvement
- Tablo/Power BI
