Location: SSC 2455 Paces Ferry Road Atlanta GA 30339 US
Start By: 2/23/15
Duration: 6+ months (possible extension)
Rate: Market (only 1099/w2)

Description/Comment:
Serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements. Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client's business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Additional Job Details:
Minimum of 2 1/2 years of experience in a Lead BA capacity Experience analyzing and documenting requirements, user cases, and process flow Experience developing requirements using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies desired Ability to analyze current business processes to determine what areas of improvement are needed Ability to blend functional knowledge with technical knowledge to create intuitive solutions to business opportunities Expertise with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint Expertise with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) Experience with building positive relationships and gaining trust with business partners Exceptional written and oral communication skills with ability to customize messaging to varying audiences Ability to lead and facilitate meetings Strong ability to influence others Driver; takes responsibility and drives deliverables
Preferred Skills:
Retail experience is preferred
Process Modeling experience preferred
Strong Customer Service Experience preferred
Enjoys manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Business Analysis Professional(CBAP) Certification preferred
