Summary
Seeking a self-motivated professional with innovation experience in service delivery/customer service, Business Intelligence is a plus.
- This person should have the ability to work unsupervised delivering projects and meeting objectives ahead of schedule;
- Should be creative in conceptualizing and visualizing Business Intelligence reports, from high level business problems.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to create meaningful metrics and reports from complex data
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently
- Structured problem solving - ability to take a large, complex problem and break it down into components
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to lead by influence and drive results.
- Should be a detailed thinker, planner, good analytic skills. Skilled in identifying and implementing solutions;
- strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to work effectively in a team with internal and external customers.
These technical skills are extremely helpful:
- Strong technical knowledge of database and web architectures and applications
- Dashboard and/or UI design experience
- SQL query skills (within MS Access or other database management apps) is a plus
- Excellent writing skills with ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in defining, designing, and improving new and existing business processes
- Ability to conduct research into a variety of business intelligence required for executive BI Solutions
- Ability to understand complex software meta data and present the information so that its easy for executives and leadership to understand.
- Experience with design and implementation of complex technical environments
- Requires BA/BS in Business, Engineering or Computer Science
- 4+ years of strong proven Analyst skills with at least 10 years' experience in a fast paced, high technology environment
