Job Description:
- 3+ years of Experience as in Banking Domain.
- Preferred knowledge on Outsystems, Lowcode or UI path
- Should have good understanding on DevOps CI/CD/CT
- Understand Business needs and elicit and document requirements
- Review with Stakeholders and achieve agreement on requirements
- Achieve consensus on business needs, usability, performance and feasibility For internal customers being supported
- I) Develop and maintain knowledge & learning
- Ii) Proliferate offerings to sales team
- iii) Advise QA and Development teams on troubleshooting analysis
- Follow standard documentation processes, focusing on objectives of the customer, development and QA
- Develop artefacts through case studies, white papers and lessons learnt
- Feasibility analysis on prospective business
- Support project planning and status reporting
- Sharing of knowledge and learning amongst peers
