Responsibilities:This is an opening for a Business Analyst in Marketing Operations Enablement to champion innovation for modernization of Agency and Marketing operations tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Leads set up, review and administers access through ASAR, ARTS and RBAC tools
- Monitors and manages SharePoint and Workfront queue and collaborates with Agency and Marketing teams to understand and deliver on their requests
- Provides subject matter resource expertise and leads administration, maintenance and evolution of Collaboration tools (ex. SharePoint, Workfront)
- Partners with Agency and Marketing business areas to build and maintain process frameworks and business continuity plans
- Leads review, audits and maintenance of enterprise business process, policy and governance to ensure compliance on a regular cadence
- Researches, analyzes, documents and recommends or develops products, processes, tools, workflows and procedures to gain efficiencies and improve results in Agency and Marketing Operations
This role is a Hybrid work arrangement; the selected candidate will work in the office on some days, and at home on other days. This position is in Bloomington, IL and the hubs only and relocation will not be offered.
Qualifications:- Technological proficiency and administrator experience with Collaboration tools (ex. SharePoint, Workfront)
- Knowledge and experience in application of project management methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication, influence and relationship skills
- Comfort navigating through ambiguity and resourceful to drive progress
- A growth mindset and high learning agility
