Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex technical and/or operational problems.
- Develop/implement applications for Client requests.
- Develop/implement applications in support of Technology Operations.
- Conversion of existing applications to meet security and operational requirements.
- Provide support to internal associates regarding application use, navigation, reporting and other technical operations.
- Discuss problems, answer questions, offer technical assistance and insure proper handling/follow-up with external and internal Clients.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of developed applications, business acumen, and client focus to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Act as a SME resource to other associates in Bank Solutions.
- Independent judgment and team participation is necessary.
- Provide after hours on call support on a rotating basis.
- Performs other duties as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of one to five years of experience in software development.
- Knowledge of development life cycle (i.e. program design, flowcharting, coding, testing, debugging, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft.net, C# and SQL.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability with strong detail orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
