The Financial Analyst will support the Merchant Services Finance team by producing and delivering financial and operational analysis which will allow the Seller Support Contact Centers to work more efficiently and predictably, with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

US Apparel Team
The team is composed of Vendor Managers who work with outside vendors
This role will work with the Vendor Managers and FinOps to help resolve issues
The new addition to the team, is a pilot for this role
Typical Day in the Role
-M-F – hybrid if local to NY/Seattle
- No OT expected
- No extension or conversion at this time but that can change
Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition
This position assists the vendor management team and finos on a resolution for queries related to damaged or missing products
Allows the contractor to learn the process of Managing and resolving Purchase Quantity Variance disputes
Candidate Requirements
LP: Bias for Action, Ownership, Learning and Be Curious, Customer Obsession
-2+ Years of experience
-BA degree required
-Experience with managing customer disputes
- Invoicing remediation experience/Accounts payable experience
- Experience with ticketing systems, MS Office Suite
- Customer Service Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Critical thinking skills
2+ years’ Experience with managing customer disputes
2+ years’ Experience with ticketing systems, MS Office Suite
2+ years of Invoicing remediation experience/Accounts payable experience
