About the Job
- Act as a liaison between internal users and the IT team, effectively communicating user needs and technical limitations
- The Business Analyst will act as a skilled liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to extract, gather, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business objectives
- Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications
- Lead user requirement gathering and responding promptly to user requests
- Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirement documents
- Analyze and improve business processes through technology solutions, aiming to reduce manual tasks and enhance user experience
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of software updates and new features
- The Business Analyst will ensure quality, reliability, and completeness of the services deployed through thorough testing
- Provide ad hoc and project-based reporting, queries, and analysis as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in accounting or financial software
- r a related field
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing practical business solutions
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
