1. Provide visibility and organization to BA/BPM (Business Process Management) resource staffing availability and the exchange's analysis demand needs.
a. Understand and support BA/BPM's prioritizing demand needs to support the Exchange's Strategic Leadership Team initiatives and how the related analysis queues in terms of "drawing board , pipeline and project execution
b. Understand the exchange's analysis BA/BPM demand needs to support non-senior leadership initiatives which manifest in the front door process
2. Drive the overall BA/BPM analysis demand forecast by utilizing standard business practices of estimation. Ensure the demand forecast is captured in ES' proprietary staffing tool; provide analysis staffing forecast updates 2x per month
a. Teach analysis estimation best practices to BA/BPM
3. Provide direct input into weekly staffing meeting in terms of forecasted BA/BPM analysis needs and resource availability
4. Provide monthly BA/BPM analysis metrics in terms of where the Exchange's analysis demand needs occur (e.g. by division, by initiative) and what analysis needs are being met by BA/BP
Candidate's Qualifications:
Practical and organized; action-oriented; personable
Practiced in analysis resource estimation
Practiced in metrics gathering and presentation
Minimum of 2-5 years of in-field analysis experience
College degree
