Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.7 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements; including experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects
Preferred qualifications:Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green or Black Belt).5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or process improvement, preferably in a public company.Experience in creating detailed process/systems/data flow maps using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or other process mapping software.Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau (pivot tables, charts).Ability to understand and document financial and operational workflows

Responsibilities Collaborate with the Cloud team for business functions to understand manual and automated transaction flows
Develop and maintain detailed process maps of Cloud Lead to Report, using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.Identify complexities, variations, inefficiencies, and control gaps in current processes
Design, quantify and recommend improvements in business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce complexity, increase standardization, and manage risk.Provide input to the Finance team on requirements and user journeys for systems improvement work based on current and desired process flows.Support internal and external testing of in-scope processes and controls to ensure adherence to Alphabet standards and timely remediation of observations.Prepare reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings from process improvement activities and data analysis.
