Business Analyst with Consumer Packaged Goods Experience
My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new twelve month plus Business Analyst opportunity available for a major firm located in Saint Charles, Missouri that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below and I am available at any time to speak with you so please feel free to call me. The work schedule will be hybrid, three days a week in the office and two days remote.
The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship.
No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding companies.
Nice to have (Any of the following.):
ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis)
PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)
BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice.
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
Required Experience:
Ability to collect Business Requirements from stakeholders
Ability to translate Business Requirements to Product/Technical Requirements
3+ years of Business Analysis experience
Experience working Client (Consumer Packaged Goods) company
Knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics
Experience working in the pet food and/or health industry
Experience creating flowcharts, entity relationship and business diagrams using Microsoft Visio
Clear understanding of Agile Methodology
Experience working within a SaaS platform
Knowledge of Source Control Systems
Knowledge of Change Management Practices
Required Skills:
Needs to be able to take a task and complete it without hand holding
Must not be afraid to ask questions
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Process oriented and results driven
Understanding of highly integrated digital platforms
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools (Administrative or Object specific experience a plus)
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery
Ability to use design thinking and end-to-end solution-based approaches when solving business problems
Possess a broad understanding of business and technology strategies and business processes that impact and enhance profitability
Clear understanding of Agile Methodology
Experience working within a SaaS platform
Knowledge of Source Control Systems
Knowledge of Change Management Practices
Industry Experience:
ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis)
