Responsibilities:
- Sr BA , validate requirements , user stories , Agile process flow .Leading a work stream alongside other BA’s .
- 3 projects all FCRA related .
- Document analysis
- User Stories & Process Mapping
- Interpersonal skills that are adaptable and transferable to
- Stakeholder engagement (ability to work with all kinds of stakeholders)
- Assertiveness and desire to complete BA artifacts
- Understanding of Requirements Traceability (e.g. Rock Crushing)
- Ability to communicate by being able to articulate
- What a BA is and the value they bring to an organization
- How the BA role evolves throughout the project delivery lifecycle
- Verifiable certifications are always a plus (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.)
Requirements:
- Degree/Certifications Required: Business related ( BA ) CBAP ideally or PBI or SAFE or Scrum alliance ( product owner )
- Years of experience: 10yrs
- Industry Knowledge
- Credit cards ( commercial cards )
- Compliance /regulatory findings
- Strong BA skills
- Agile process flow ( SAGE /Scrum alliance )
- Business Analysis Experience , 8 years
- Compliance/Regulatory Experience , 5 years
- Credit Cards Experience , 5 years
- Requirements Gathering , 8 years
- Agile Delivery , 1 years
