Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and IT teams, to gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and optimize operations.
• Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Partner with the development team to ensure accurate and effective solution implementation.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions and improve operational effectiveness.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test plans and cases, and lead user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and objectives.
• Change Management: Assist in change management initiatives by developing training materials, conducting user training, and offering support during implementation.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and other project-related artifacts.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders, project managers, and senior leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and systems, and propose solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically working with ERP and CRM systems (experience with SAP ECC 6 On-Premises and Salesforce preferred), with a strong record of successful project delivery.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP (particularly SAP OTC) and CRM systems, and familiarity with SAP and Salesforce functionalities.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles and agile methodologies.
• Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Technology Proficiency: Competency with industry-related software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP, BI tools).
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
