Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your core responsibilities will involve analyzing, documenting, and communicating business processes and requirements.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and IT teams, to gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and optimize operations.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Partner with the development team to ensure accurate and effective solution implementation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions and improve operational effectiveness.
- Testing & Validation: Develop test plans and cases, and lead user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and objectives.
- Change Management: Assist in change management initiatives by developing training materials, conducting user training, and offering support during implementation.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and other project-related artifacts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders, project managers, and senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and systems, and propose solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically working with ERP and CRM systems (experience with SAP ECC 6 On-Premises and Salesforce preferred), with a strong record of successful project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP (particularly SAP OTC) and CRM systems, and familiarity with SAP and Salesforce functionalities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles and agile methodologies.
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Technology Proficiency: Competency with industry-related software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP, BI tools).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
