" Conduct analysis of business processes and functional requirements
" Ability to document, communicate and validate findings
" Identify and document functional requirements, workflow, information sources, and system specifications.
" Ability to translate business problems into requirements, process changes, test cases, data mapping, etc.
" Proficient in MMS Office applications, experience with MS Project a plus
" Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to data transformation, functions/expressions, VBA, Macros
" Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL or other coding language a plus
