Responsibilities:
Healthcare domain experience is must experience with Client /Anthem/ Molina health etc
- 10 years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required.
- Medicare/Medicaid experience and at least 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required
- Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above and relationship managers
- SME Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership Claims Benefits Pricing Vendor Delegation etc
- Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD RTM User Stories etc.
- Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies.
- Self-starter with strong communication presentation relationship building and strategic analytical skills
- Strong time management goal setting and task prioritization abilities
