Business Analyst - Development and Production Ops - Inceed

Compensation: $100K - $120K (+15% bonus)
Location: Midland, TX
Position: Business Analyst - Development and Production Ops

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst - Development and Production Ops to join their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support across multiple business units, coordinating project activities, and ensuring seamless communication between the IT and Operations teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by working closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to support and enhance critical business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead project activities and routine application support
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in both the IT and Operations business community
• Work with vendors to handle enhancement requests and log software defects
• Ensure seamless application installations and upgrades by collaborating with the IT Infrastructure team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in application support
• SQL proficiency
• Familiarity with Spotfire
• Experience with Peloton software (WellView and SiteView)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Application support on the operations side (e.g., SCADA)
