Agile Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvements, and translate business needs into user stories for development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing solutions to mitigate them.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and make recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.
