Experience with business process re-engineering, requirements management, or change management
Experience with data collection, continuous process improvement, strategies, methodologies, and principles
Experience with workflow design, and developing client relationships
The Fraud Detection System (FDS) Operations Analyst will be required to gather operational information by meeting with and interviewing stakeholders and conducting independent research. They will assess and document current processes, determine which data are relevant and what methods should be used to analyze them.
