Location - Remote
Must Have - Data Mapping, Data Sources, Healthcare Claims And Claims Processing
Primary Responsibilities:
Creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, mapping data structures to meet established requirements, using in-depth knowledge of healthcare datasets
Deeply investigate undefined business problems to identify key data requirements, troubleshoot data quality and logic/mapping issues and determine root cause into a common point of view
Discuss issues and questions related to claims data analysis, issue documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve these issues in an agile framework, rapidly delivering value to our customers
Communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written forms, and be able to present and demonstrate work to technical and non-technical leadership
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in data mapping between data sources
3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis with an in-depth knowledge of claims and claims processing
3+ years of writing/developing SQL queries
3+ years of experience working with relational databases and database structures (such as SQL, Oracle, Teradata)
1+ years of experience in testing and validation
Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to adapt in a challenging dynamic atmosphere
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
