Business Analyst
Location: Honolulu, HI

Roles and responsibility
• Responsible to work closely with Business Managers and Product owners.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet the timelines.
• Responsible for creating the requirement, prepare functional process flows, reviewing functional solution.
• Ability to provide expertise with Airline domain experience (working on e commerce and other airlines domain (like Reservations, ticketing, cargo, web platforms, loyalty etc.)
• Participate in organizing requirement workshops, designing process flows and AS-IS and To- Be analysis for the solution
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to come up with recommendations for the solution aspects and impacts of business process change.
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• SabreSonic Reservation System
• Sabre Air Price and ATPCO Fare Managers
• Interline, Codeshare & through check-in (IATCI) agreement with partner airlines
• Messaging: Type A, B, Edifact
• Reservations & eTicketing
• EMD-A, EMD-S
• Travel Agency understanding
• Sabre Interact & SNTE
• Excellent at communications and organizing workshops, business meetings,
• Proficient with requirements gathering, process mapping, UML, Visio, reporting tools.
• Able to add business value and insight to business roadmap.
• Excellent with managing stakeholder expectations.
• Should have experience working with agile teams and worked on projects with Agile Scrum Methodology.
• Able to translate functional requirements to IT team using BRD, user stories , features, product backlog.
