- Must have a civil or structural engineering background (degree would be preferred)
- Will sit with other structural engineers to gather these requirements so they need to know the lingo
- Agile experience
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Comfortable with 20% travel (Oklahoma City and Costa Rica every quarter)
