Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst specializing in the HRMS domain, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data columns, documenting business logic, and ensuring data quality checks. Your insights will help drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis : Analyze HRMS data columns to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact data quality.
- Documentation : Document business logic and processes related to data quality checks, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand data requirements and establish data quality standards.
- Data Quality Checks : Develop and implement data quality checks to validate the accuracy and integrity of HRMS data.
- Reporting : Create reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and reporting practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the HRMS domain.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, including payroll, recruitment, and employee management.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
