Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will coordinate all areas of system testing, including preparation, execution, and installation support to ensure quality system changes. You will monitor and provide daily production, business, and system consultation and support to the client base, addressing complex system issues and resolving production problems. This role involves leading major complex projects, estimating plans, project timelines, and resources to meet target implementation schedules. You will also be responsible for organizing, directing, and developing all aspects of assigned projects, both technical and business-related.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead all areas of system testing, ensuring quality system changes.
- Provide daily production support, business, and system consultation for assigned client base.
- Identify, study, and resolve complex production problems.
- Lead major complex projects, estimate project timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Prioritize and identify cross-application/system enhancements, document business needs, and determine development impacts on current systems.
- Collaborate with programmers and users to ensure the accuracy of system enhancements.
- Facilitate working sessions, capture and synthesize current state assessments, and draft content for requirements and design deliverables.
- Draft and socialize operating model changes to support improved collaboration across teams in the client’s analytics ecosystem.
- Support the development and execution of implementation plans.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related fields.
- Strong experience facilitating knowledge capture sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint, and web-based collaborative platforms like Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience with data, reporting, and business intelligence tools within the data and analytics field.
- Familiarity with best practices in analytics, data engineering, and/or data science.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects and managing plans effectively.
