As a Business Analyst within the Wealth & Advice Solutions organization, you will support the Risk Oversight & Remediation team, contributing to the management of oversight reporting, policy documentation, and procedural governance for wealth management services. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistency across all oversight processes to maintain effective governance standards.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement within operational and procedural processes.
- Document processes meticulously into job aids and procedural guides to support clarity and consistency.
- Conduct thorough oversight reporting for the Client Intelligent Portfolios (SIP) and Wealth Advisory (SWA) services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risk management and compliance objectives.
- Maintain high attention to detail in environments with multiple, concurrent projects.
- Support and maintain the team’s policies and procedures documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Balance a workload with short time frames, providing solutions to complex problems as they arise.
- Participate in quality control efforts to enhance data accuracy and improve process standards.
- Demonstrate high standards of client service, working independently with minimal direction.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a curious mindset to investigate and resolve underlying issues.
- Proven experience in policy and procedure documentation and development.
- Exceptional attention to detail with experience in quality control and process improvements.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SharePoint; experience with Crystal Reports is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic situations.
- Background in advised product management, risk management, or operational roles in financial services preferred.
