About the Job
Job Summary:
The Business Analyst I (BA)is a key member of Allegis Group’s EVOLVE business process transformation initiative partnering with Business Process Owners (BPO), Product Owner, Delivery teams and Subject Matter Experts. The Business Analyst will support digital transformation of Procure to Pay and Accounts Receivable with the focus on technology and process standardization and improved contractor/client/employee experience. The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and gathering business requirements needed to support Global Design build and deployment. This role will participate in working sessions with business stakeholders to help determine business process and functionality gaps and identify opportunities for alignment. The BA will perform also ad hoc data collection and analysis deemed necessary to help support decision-making. Additionally, The Business Analyst should have experience evaluating business processes, project progress, data analysis, identifying issues and solutions, preparing business process documentation, strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
• Partners closely with Business Process Owner, Product Owner and Subject Matter Experts to identify business requirements needed to support global design build and implementation.
• Clear understanding of the Evolve Product Vision, Roadmap and impacts for the enterprise.
• Coordinate with departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
• Analyze pertinent PeopleSoft and boundary system metrics and data to support decision making
• Participate in working sessions with product team, external consultants and/or business stakeholders to identify gaps, collect and capture business process requirements and document decisions
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
• Test business processes and recommend improvements
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
• Develop, maintain, and deliver critical recurring and ad hoc reporting to internal customers and external implementation partners.
• Research and evaluate industry standard best practices for aligned value stream processes
• Support discovery and innovation opportunities within aligned value stream
• Act as change agent to drive adoption and provide business support for newly released features and capabilities.
• Understand, engage, and support Agile methodologies and roles.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
BS/BA degree in related field and/or comparable industry, or related work experience
Back Office and/or financial operations in staffing and/or services preferred +2 years of related analyst experience
Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to communicate with key stakeholders effectively and concisely
• Verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, facts, propose strategies for requirements, process improvements and operational decisions
• Proficiency in data analysis tool and techniques
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP)
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
• Possesses strong depth of knowledge and history with the business to ask the right questions to help the identify solutions.

Salary Range:
$67,800 - $101,800
The position is bonus eligible
In-Office Requirement:
• Required in-office presence at least 4 days per week
