Job Summary and Qualifications
The Business Analyst I role is focused on providing support and growing their knowledge on Product solutions within the Care Management Portfolio including its functionality and utilization, collaborating with project teams and business partners to meet ITG project objectives. This position will collaborate with other analysts and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of the product initiatives according to the Care Management programmatic objectives.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish effective working relationships. This includes discussions and collaborating with other project team members to design functional product details and changes, identify and escalate project issues, and ultimately ensure product requirements are met.
The candidate will assist in resolving service delivery or functionality issues, frequently communicating with project team members, support resources, other supporting external vendors, and end users. This position requires a working knowledge of BPM and CRM solutions today and also showcasing the ability to a re-imagination of the solution for the future.
The ideal candidate for this position has an IT product development background with well-developed communication skills. Product development and EMR experience is a plus.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
Ability to create business requirements that translate to technical development work
Identify product gaps and support enhancement efforts
Collaborate with broader team on scrum / agile requirements discovery sessions to drive product requirements
Work closely with each Care Management team to ensure software usage optimization
Develops and identifies potential operational changes to streamline operations and enhance service delivery
Working individually or with teams to accomplish goals
Works with all departments throughout the product delivery cycle to ensure project dates are met and ensure timely completion of Business Analyst deliverables
Participate in the enterprise deployment to the Care Management community including configuration, testing, and training

Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies, methods, and processes.
Working knowledge of scrum and agile project delivery methodologies.
What qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred
EXPERIENCE
1 year or more of experience on increasingly challenging projects in business with a proven delivery track record.
Demonstrated advance subject matter experience of a service line application
A background working with a fast paced, results oriented environment.
CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE
Agile Software Delivery Experience preferred
Scrum certification preferred
Agile certification preferred
