The ideal candidate will contribute to a high level of service quality and operational performance by resolving financial and operational queries effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide detailed financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Vendor Managers and FinOps to resolve issues related to damaged or missing products.
- Manage and resolve Purchase Quantity Variance disputes to improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the team's efforts to enhance seller support and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, aimed at improving overall team performance.
- Strong experience in managing customer disputes.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in invoicing remediation and accounts payable processes.
