Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for a Business Analyst. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Hybrid).
Resource Needs: The HR Data & Technology team has a backlog of work related to regulatory compliance with global data privacy regulations, analysis & remediation of HR process gaps regarding privacy, and supporting enterprise efforts with privacy by design consultation on various initiatives. One primary area of focus has been on implementing data retention/purging schedules across our landscape of HRIS systems, starting with our core and largest system Workday. To complete this work, the team is looking for resources with the following skills and experiences to augment the team in the capacity of Business Analysis/Consulting. Data Privacy is a high priority for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Requires 4-6 years of experience.
- Organization (tasks = coordinating testing with business & HRIS resources, status reporting, project management).
- Action Orientation (tasks = requirements definition, documentation, analysis of systems receiving sensitive data, prioritization).
- Learning Agility.
- Connecting dots with Privacy by Design principles.
- Business Analysis (Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining).
- Ability to work directly with project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements.
- MS Excel (E.g., VLOOKUP to compare datasets).
- Data Privacy/GDPR experience and/or Workday experience ideal.
- Limited or no HR experience is necessary.
- Workday Data Purge experience ideal.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $ 62.07/hour to $ 62.07/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
