Business Analyst II (Salesforce)

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Business Analyst for a contract position in Irving, TX
The opportunity will be three months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: This role will be assigned to large, complex transformational initiatives and will need to perform business analyst functions, working closely with the business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, drive prioritization and streamline business processes
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and business analysis, with proven experience in Salesforce and Eloqua implementation
This role will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business goals, and enhancing our CRM and marketing automation capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful project execution
  
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management
  

Business Analysis:

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
  
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance business operations
  
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, wireframes, and data models
  

Salesforce Implementation:

• Support the implementation and customization of Salesforce to meet business needs
  
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers to design and implement custom solutions
  
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce
  
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance and usage, recommending enhancements as needed
  

Eloqua Implementation:

• Oversee the implementation and integration of Eloqua for marketing automation
  
• Gather requirements for lead nurturing and scoring strategies to optimize lead conversion
  
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Eloqua and Salesforce
  

Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years of Business Analysis Work Experience Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  
• Technical Acumen: Proficiency in Salesforce and Eloqua, with the ability to understand and implement technical solutions
  
• Collaboration: Excellent team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  
• Ability to break down complex business problems and workflows into meaningful components that are understandable by various levels Passionate about the experience and delivering uncompromising quality
  Self-motivated & accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams is a plus
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Salesforce and Eloqua certifications are a plus
