Business Analyst

Job Description

Key skills required

· 5-7 years of experience in Life Reinsurance.

· 10 + years' experience with Applications development.

· Strong SQL skills to aid in review and analysis of systems processes.

· Develop test plans and assist with QA activities.

Responsibilities

· Work with internal/external users to understand needs and develop plans for meeting those needs.

· Work with users and technical team to produce scope documents and conceptual design flows.

· Facilitate and participate in requirements and design sessions with key stakeholders.

· Lead agile activities during planning, development and testing phases of the projects.

· Design system screens and reports in collaboration with users and technical resources.

· Define and document integrated business processes and procedures, recommending streamlined changes where applicable.

· Identify and research issues, draw conclusions, make recommendations, communicate and summarize issues of significance.
