Required skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of quality assurance, business analyst or systems analyst experience.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Application testing experience.
- Experience as a Software Quality Assurance Lead.
- Extensive hands on experience with manual and automated test planning, execution, and documentation.
- Thorough understanding of software quality assurance techniques, tools and best practices and how they contribute to and augment the software development life cycle.
- Insurance industry background is helpful.
- Agile/Waterfall or Scrum experience and SQL Server experience
- Oracle Databases experience.
