Must have Skills:
- Analytical abilities and experience, Basic Accounting skills and experience
- Ability to create and prepare basic reports
- Troubleshooting experience and abilities
- Vendor Management background and experience
- Writing Business Requirements experience
- Customer Driven / Customer focused individual
- Analytical Skills: The ability to visualize, articulate, conceptualize or solve both complex and uncomplicated problems by making decisions that are sensible give the available information.
- Ability to work with all levels in the organization - ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, Detailed Oriented individual and Planning and Organization skills
- Experience in Business Analysis, Level I Support, Level II support, Testing and Development
- Work as a liaison between the Marketing and I/S Departments providing information (use cases, scope, etc.) on how Marketing integrates with their I/T systems and processes and how it affects the Marketing Department.
- This includes: Accounting, Billing, Reconciliation, Auditing and Reporting.
- Experience in gathering requirements, creating test plans, developing and maintain detailed systems documentation on how things work, who does what, and why things work the way they do.
