About the Job
- Defines and documents business functions and processes
- Identifies, defines, and documents business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of system access
- Acts as a liaison between departmental end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and other users in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems to ensure optimal operational performance
- Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users
- Tracks and documents change for functional and business specifications; writes detailed, universally understood procedures for permanent records and training purposes
- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes
- Researches and prepares statistical reports
- Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents Company processes, functions, and requirements
- Develops training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions
- Analyze, evaluate, and integrate business processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- AX experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
